Young women with disabilities are more vulnerable to adverse sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) outcomes than their peers and lack access to SRHR services
and commodities. The recent coronavirus epidemic and the accompanying countrywide lockdown had a tremendous impact on the lives of young women with disabilities. However we know little about the issues they faced with regards to their sexual and reproductive health, access to services and exposure to violence and abuse.
This webinar will start this conversation about this forgotten agenda with the question: What do we know, and where are the gaps?
In discussion will be young women with disabilities, service providers, policy makers, development partners and researchers.
